How do I activate a program?

Only inactive programs with valid sender codes can be activated.

You can activate an inactive program by selecting it on the SMS programs page and clicking Activate, or by clicking Activate on the SMS program details page. To activate a program, you must have a sender code to be used for that program. IBM Provisioning team assigns the sender code to your Acoustic Campaign org once the sender code is provisioned by the SMS aggregator.

Note: You cannot activate a terminated program.
