What is an active program?

You can send messages only when the program is active.

Program status can be set to active only when you provide program name, program type, and sender code. Once the sender code is provisioned by the SMS aggregator, IBM Provisioning team assigns the sender code to your Acoustic Campaign org.

You can also deactivate an active program if you do not want to use it for sending messages. Just select a program and deactivate it from the actions menu, or by selecting programs and clicking Deactivate at the top of the Active programs list. You can also change the status from the Edit page of a program.
