Programs canvas

The programs canvas offers improved usability, visibility, and an enhanced interface.

The programs canvas is being incrementally developed and is rapidly evolving with each release.

Programs supports email, SMS, and mobile app messaging based on the associated contact source. It uses the same settings, entrance, and repeat capabilities as the classic programs interface, but offers multiple path decisioning, redirect to path capability for contacts, and percentage split routing for content testing and control groups, update profile, redirect, and CRM capability. The programs canvas also supports wait intervals, contact counts on the program canvas, step level send times, STO for email, and frequency controls for mobile app messages.

Programs that are created in either Programs or Classic programs remain in that particular interface.
