Setting up a web form

To set up a web form, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Landing Pages under the Content tab.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Create a landing page site and configure its settings on the Create Landing Page Site page.
  4. In Optional Site Settings, select a database from Contact Source.
  5. Save your settings.

Accessing web forms from a database

To access a web form from a database, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over Data in the blue ribbon of your Acoustic Campaign organization and then click View Data.
  2. Select the database that you want to attach the web form to.
  3. Click the Web Forms tab to access the web forms.
Note: All previously created web forms are listed in the database Name column.

Accessing web forms from a landing page

To access a web form from a landing page, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Landing Pages under Content.
  2. Select an existing site or create a new site.
  3. Click the Manage Site tab.
All previously created web forms are listed in the site tree.
Note: If you are accessing a web form from a landing page site, make sure that your site is associated with a database through Optional Site Settings in the Site Settings tab of the landing page.
