Using program frequency control settings

Program mailings take on the current organization settings for frequency control. Set a desired frequency at the organization level, configure the program mailings, activate the program, and re-adjust frequency control at the org level.

Go to Settings > Administration > Organization settings to access Frequency control settings.

A change to frequency control settings for your org is not applied to previously configured mailings within a program until you reconfigure that step. You can override frequency control only when you automate, schedule, or send a mailing immediately using the Mobile Send Experience. Disabling frequency control at the org level sets the value for program mailings to 0 and it defaults to the current org level.
