Where do I get an IBMid?

After you are added as a user to an IBM application, you receive an email that explains how to log in to the application. In some cases, you receive an IBMid, such as with Acoustic Analytics (formerly known as Watson Customer Experience Analytics), and in other cases, you receive other types of login information, such as with Acoustic Digital Analytics.

To access all your Acoustic products with seamless, single sign-on access, create an IBMid by going to Create your IBM account. When you first log in to Digital Analytics by using an IBMid, you must link the IBMid with a Digital Analytics client ID.
