Understanding the differences between the path views

You can choose from four views of the top paths in your journey reports: Separated view, Time-lapsed view, Merged view, and Journey stages view.

Separated view
Separated view displays each path on a separate row. Use this view to compare adjacent touch points across paths. This view is displayed by default when you open the report results.
Time-lapsed view
Time-lapsed view shows the relative duration between channels within the path. Use this view to determine how much time customers spend between channels in a path.
Merged view
Merged view combines all of the paths in the report to show when and how paths converge and diverge from each other.
