Explanation
During Advanced Archive for DFSMShsm initialization, an internal
system error (errcode) was encountered during an attempt to obtain above-the-line
storage for a critical product control block. 

User response Try to increase the above-the-line storage for the
product started task and then start Advanced Archive for DFSMShsm again. If the problem
persists, contact IBM Software Support for assistance.
