Complete the following steps to resolve this problem.
  1. Access the CLI by using ssh.
  2. Check that the system time and date is correct. If it is incorrect, it can cause the certificate to be incorrectly marked as expired.
  3. Either create a new internally-signed certificate or generate a certificate signing request for an external, third-party certificate authority (CA). After the external CA returns a signed certificate, install the certificate on the system.
    Note: It can take time for the external CA to return the signed certificate. You can use an internally signed certificate while you wait for the returned certificate.
