leavecluster

Use the leavecluster command to remove system state data, location information, and other history from a node.

Syntax

-force: (Required) The -force parameter is required because this service action can cause temporary or permanent loss of access to data.
Important: Using the force parameter might result in a loss of access. Use it only under the direction of IBM® support personnel.
panel_name: (Optional) Identifies the node that is being serviced.
Note: If panel_name is not supplied, this command applies to the node on which the command is running.

Use this command to remove system state data, location information, and other history from a node.

satask leavecluster -force 78G00F3-2 /* this forces the node with panel_name=78G00F3-2 out of the clustered system */

The resulting output:

Note: Using this command causes both nodes to become unmanaged, and the system warm starts them.
