Minimum firmware levels for common library features

| LTO8 (HH/FH) Tape Drives | Library Firmware must be at 1.1.1.0-A00 or greater to support the LTO8 tape drives. Ensure that any host applications and device drivers are at the minimum level that is required to support LTO8 tape drives. |
