Adding the Fingerprint Service account to the IIS_IUSRS group

You must add the domain/Windows account used by the Fingerprint Service to the IIS_IUSRS group on its host FPServer.

1. From the FPServer's Windows Start menu, select Administrative Tools > Computer Management, expand Local Users and Groups, and then select Groups.
2. In the middle pane, right-click the IIS_IUSRS group, and then select Properties.
3. Add the Fingerprint Service domain/Windows account, then click OK to close the Properties window.
4. Close the Computer Management window.
