Error occurs during upload of Installation Manager package
When you attempt to upload an Installation Manager package, the upload fails.
Symptoms
When you attempt to upload an Installation Manager package, you see the message: IOError: Internal Installation Manager Repository is in use. Try again later.
Explanation
Only one Installation Manager instance can run at a time. When the Installation Manager is running, an .imlock file is generated under the Agent Data directory.
