Upload from web browser fails silently

Many web browsers limit the size of file uploads to around 2 GB. Some artifacts that are required by Cloud Pak System, such as images, pattern types, or emergency fixes, can often exceed this size limit.

Workaround the web browser limitation

If you need to upload a file that is larger than 2 GB, you must use the command-line interface.
