IBM® Cloud Pak Software agent version cannot automatically update for shared service

When you deploy ITM Release 6.3 external shared service, the ITM monitoring agents are updated from ITM Release 6.2 to 6.3. ELB proxy shared service does not automatically update.

Problem

ELB proxy shared service does not automatically update its monitoring agents to Release 6.3 when the external ITM Release 6.3 shared service is deployed.

Resolving the problem

Restart the ELB Proxy service to initiate the update of the ITM monitoring agents.
