Explanation
 			 				This problem occurred during the execution of a batch 				job. The indicated module attempted to issue the RESMGR 				ADD macro to establish a TCB-level resource manager to 				monitor completion of the job step tasks. The macro 				completed with return_code. 			 		
System action
 			 				The batch job continues to run, and some data might be 				returned about the batch job, but data is not returned 				from data sets identified by job step name.
