Explanation
 			 				KS3IAPDS was unable to add an application for 				data-set-level monitoring, because an internal error occurred.     		
System action
 			 				The new application is not monitored at the level of a 				data set. 			 		
User response
 			 				Check to see that the subsystem ID for the Tivoli® 				Subsystem has been defined in member IEFSSNxx of 				SYS1.PARMLIB. This subsystem ID is identified by the 				SSID parameter in the Tivoli Subsystem startup procedure. If 				this does not resolve the problem, contact IBM® Software 				Support.
