Explanation
 			 				The LCU historical retriever was unable to allocate 				sufficient Tivoli® Enterprise Monitoring Server Engine 				storage for a work area. 			 		
System action
 			 				Historical data for Logical Control Units (LCU) are not 				written to the persistent Data Stores until this 				situation is corrected. 			 		
User response
 			 				Increase the value specified in the MINIMUM parameter of 				the KDSSYSIN RKANPAR member. This might also require an 				increase in region size if the Tivoli Enterprise 				Monitoring Server startup proc does not specify 				REGION=0M.
