Explanation

User response
This error might occur when a user or an operator-initiated Start request is issued for Dataset Attribute Database collection, or a scheduled Start time occurs, before full OMEGAMON® for Storage product initialization is complete. If this condition occurs, configure the manual or scheduled start to happen after the product is fully initialized. If this configuration change does not solve the problem, contact IBM Software Support.
