Accessing Data from a Remote Host Using the FTP Enterprise Stage

You can access Data from a Remote Host Using the FTP Enterprise Stage.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Properties tab on the Output page.
  2. Specify the URI that the file will be taken from via a get operation. You can specify multiple URIs if required. You can also use a wildcard character to retrieve multiple files. You can specify an absolute or relative pathname, see FTP Enterprise stage: Properties Tab for details of syntax.
  3. Ensure column meta data has been specified for the files. (You can achieve this via a schema file if required.)
