Explanation
The physical socket connection could not be established to the target CICS® server.
System action
Any requests that were attempting to use the CICS server server name will fail. Requests that are received after this point will also fail until the server retry interval has expired, at which point the connection will be tried again.
User response
Check that the IPIC server is defined correctly in the ctg.ini file (remote mode) or server URL (local mode) and check the reason text reason text .
