and compliance requirements.
Offerings
The IBM Decision Intelligence offering supports the
following editions:
- IBM Decision Intelligence Essentials
- This edition offers the following features:

| 100,000 decision runs per month. Unused decision runs do not roll over to the next
month. |
| Access to a single pre-configured runtime environment. |

Access to Decision Designer to author, test,
and deploy decision services.
It is recommended not to exceed 10 monthly active authoring users.

| Unlimited access to the Decision Assistant, an
interactive generative AI assistant that translates policies into business rules in minutes. |
| Ability to call machine learning models built with IBM watsonx.ai and Amazon
SageMaker. |
| Ability to integrate generative AI into your decision services. Using large language models
(LLM), generative AI models provide features such as text generation, content summarization,
information extraction, classification, and translation. |
- IBM Decision Intelligence On-Demand Decisions
- Once you exceed your plan's limits, you move into the On-Demand Decisions offering. It is an
optional pay-per-use offering that provides additional decision runs in packs of 1,000.
- IBM Decision Intelligence Trial
- The IBM Decision Intelligence Trial plan is a time-limited,
non-production trial instance of the IBM Decision Intelligence
Cloud service, including all features of the Essentials edition. This trial is authorized for use
for 30 days from the initial activation date, solely for evaluating its functionality and
technology.

| The IBM Decision Intelligence Trial service cannot be
used in a production environment or for commercial purposes. |
| You can upgrade to a paid IBM Decision Intelligence at
any time during or after the trial period. |
| Participation in the IBM Decision Intelligence Trial
service is limited to one time per user. |
| Upon the expiration of the trial period, you must submit an order for a paid plan to continue
use of IBM Decision Intelligence. |

| Post-trial period |
| At the end of the 30-day trial, you can no longer use the IBM Decision Intelligence Trial service. |
| IBM retains your content for an additional 30-day grace period. |
| If you upgrade to a paid plan during this grace period, you can continue use of the same
IBM Decision Intelligence service instance under the paid
plan's terms. |
| If not upgraded in the 30-day grace period, the instance and content is deleted. |

| Service terms |
| The IBM Decision Intelligence Trial service is provided
as it is, without warranties or indemnities. |
| It is considered a preview service under the applicable IBM Cloud services agreement or base
agreement for IBM Decision Intelligence services. |
| Service level agreements and technical support are not applicable for the IBM Decision Intelligence Trial service. |
| You must agree not to include personal data or data subject to governmental regulation
(including GDPR) in the IBM Decision Intelligence Trial
service. |
Additional services
In addition to the above-mentioned offerings, IBM Decision Intelligence also supports the following add-on which is
optional:
- IBM Decision Intelligence Additional Decisions
- It is an optional overage service that provides additional decision runs in packs of 1,000 per
month.
