Task 2: Reviewing the sample details

You open and run a decision model.
  1. Navigate back to your decision automation.
  2. Open the Retention offer decision model. It calls two predictive models:

    A decision diagram with multiple decision nodes, data input nodes and two predictive nodes

  3. Go to the Run tab.
    1. Run the John test data set. There is no churn risk. No offer is proposed.
    2. Run the Peter test data set. There is a significant churn risk. An offer is proposed.
