Report Manager

You use the Report Manager to filter, search, and sort reports. You can also link to other reports. If you create a report or if a report is shared by a group that you are a member of, you can see the report on the My Reports tab. Reports show status as either "Work In Progress" or "Published" on both My Reports and System Reports tabs. You can use the Report Builder tool to generate and modify reports.

Note: In Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, to display action buttons instead of links, set the SYSTEM_ACTION_STYLE property in the TRIRIGAWEB.properties file.

Note: In the Report Manager, the enhanced report renderer is a query and report architecture that delivers enhanced user interaction with data grids throughout Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, including features such as movable columns, pinning columns, frozen headers, a frozen footer pagination bar, and a frozen check box column. These features are supported on non-hierarchy, non-editable report and query types.
