IBM® Emptoris® Sourcing is a web-based software application that enables the supplier organization to bid on RFxs issued by the buyer organization.
Using Emptoris Sourcing, you
can do the following activities:
- Review and update your profile.
- Accept or decline invitations to RFxs.
- Respond to sections.
- Bid on individual items in an RFx.
- Make a bundled bid.
- Make a volume discount bid.
