Reverse Auction Template
When a buyer creates a template for surrogate bidding in a reverse auction, the buyer needs to enter data in the Buyer Bid Submission Fields section of the template before it can be imported into Emptoris® Sourcing.
The following table lists the fields that appear on the template
by default.

| *Supplier Organization Code | Bidder organization unique ID. |
| *Bidder Login Name | The login name of the bidder in the supplier
organization. This field is required when a buyer organization imports a surrogate bid - a bid on behalf of a supplier organization that for some reason cannot make the bid itself. This field is also required when a buyer imports a preliminary bid for a reverse auction. A preliminary bid is the price per item that the supplier initially proposes. |
| Bid Submitter Login Name | Login name of the user in the buyer organization
who submits the bid on behalf of the user that is specified in the Bidder Login Name field. This field is required when a buyer is submitting a bid on behalf of a supplier that is, surrogate bidding or when a buyer is importing a preliminary bid into a reverse auction. |
| Preliminary Bid | Indicates whether the bid is a preliminary bid. Accepted values are True and False. If False, it is assumed to be a surrogate bid. |
| Currency Code | Currency in which the bid is made. |
| Supplier Item Code | The Supplier uses this field to enter the product code. Not a required field. |
| Minimum Quantity | Minimum amount the supplier is willing to sell. |
| Maximum Quantity | Maximum amount the supplier is willing to sell. |
| *Price Per Unit | Unit price for the item. |
