Before you begin

contracts for which you have permissions to view all the clauses are
executed.
Note: To execute a single contract, open the contract in the Contract Editor and click the

icon in the main toolbar.
Procedure
To execute a set of contracts, complete the following steps:

separate notifications are triggered for the authored and filed contracts.

options.
- Use dates from individual contract: To use the execution dates
from the individual selected contract.
- Specify dates: To specify new execution dates for all the
selected contracts.

- Effective start date
- Effective end date
The effective end date is optional. All dates that you specify here are applicable to all
contracts.

download the contract in RTF or PDF format and associated attachments for all the selected
contracts.
Tip: You can download the compressed file that contains all the documents. By

modify the file. The compressed file contains a separate directory for each contract. Each
directory contains the contract document and a subdirectory that contains all the attachments
of the contract.
