System Terms
System terms are populated by Emptoris Contract Management. You cannot modify the value of system terms. System terms include calculated values, names, addresses, properties that are derived by execution, custom property term definitions, and other properties that are used to classify the contract.
The following tables lists the system terms that are displayed in a contract, conditions for their inclusion, and the source of their values.
System Terms for Parties
A set of dynamically generated system terms is created for internal and external parties that are based on the roles that are added for the parties.
