Downloading Contracts

You can download contracts along with their attachments in a compressed file from the Contract Editor.

About this task

You can download multiple contracts from the Search menu of the home page. You can also open a contract and download it from the Contract Editor.

Procedure

To download a contract, complete the following steps:

  1. Search for the contract that you want to download.
  2. Select the contract from the search results. You can select multiple contracts from the search results.
  3. Click the Download link.
  4. Save the compressed file to a location.
    Note: In the Safari browser, the file is downloaded to the default location. You are not prompted to select the location of the file.

Results

The following results occur:

  • The contract is downloaded in the Contracts.zip file. The compressed file contains a folder with the contract number that contains the contract and its attachments.
  • For a Mass Action job, the compressed file containing the selected contracts and their attachments can be downloaded from the Submitted Jobs link.
  • If the clause visibility feature is enabled, you can view only those clauses in the downloaded file for which you have permissions.
