application.
Creating Contracts
You can create contracts in the Emptoris Contract Management
application, or outside the application and then upload the file
into the application.
Amendment Contracts
An amendment contract has an intrinsic relationship to an executed contract. An amendment
is used to represent an extension, amendment, addendum, or change order document to a contract. An
amendment can extend, change, supersede, or add language or non-language properties to the
executed contract.
