Process Schedules

You can use the Process Schedules feature to schedule and enable or disable batch processes. These processes are run immediately by using the Run Now feature.

With the process schedules feature you can schedule, and enable or disable the following batch processes.

  • Contract event notifications.
  • Contract status updates for scheduled activation, termination, and expiration.
  • Renewal quote contract generation.
  • Notifications rules.
  • Task delegation.
  • Export contract data to CSV.
  • Update index for keyword search.
  • Clean up jobs from the database.
  • Delete contracts.
  • Purge data.

The scheduling of these batch processes is based on the host server time zone, not the user time zone. Therefore, time can be set in a different time zone than your own and can include or exclude Daylight Savings.

Tip: Run these processes at night to avoid overload on the system during working hours.
