A non-standard contracts report provides information about the deviation of contracts
from the standards that are specified in the clause template language. It helps identify the
contracts from which templates, regions, and classed are deviated. You can clearly see the impact of
the deviation on the contract amount at risk. In addition, you can clearly identify the text of the
clauses that deviate from the standard.
Report Details
In summary, the report presents the number of clause
modifications, alternate clause selections, and deletions for contracts in a specified time period.
It tracks contracts that are modified from standard to answer business intelligent questions such as
“How often are contracts (clauses in contracts) changed?”, “What are the impacts of the changes?”
“What is the contract amount that is at risk due to these changes?”, “What is the region in which
most changes occur?”, “Which clause or contract is changed most often?”, and so forth.
This report is consisted of the following details:
- The start and end last modified dates are the mandatory input parameters.
- Contract class, internal primary party name, owning organization, contracting organization,
affiliated organization name, and external primary party name are the optional parameters.

Note: - Expired, on hold, or terminated contracts are not considered. All contracts that are modified

- If the report times out when you run in the user interface, run it on scheduler. Several
calculations are performed when you generate the report and the report takes some time to run.
