Rescheduling appointments

You can reschedule an appointment in a work order if the time and day that the customer scheduled is no longer convenient for them.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Commerce Call Center. The Home screen opens.
  2. Go to the Order Summary screen in one of the following ways:
    • In the Order panel, enter the appropriate details and click Find Order.
    • Under Related Tasks, click Order Search. The Order Search screen opens. Enter the appropriate details and click Search.

    If the search results in a single order, the Order Summary screen opens. If the search results in multiple orders, a list of orders is displayed. Select the order that you want to view.

  3. In the Related Tasks panel, under Fulfillment, select Reschedule Appointment.
  4. In the Current appointment panel, select the Edit icon.
  5. In the Appointment Date field, select the date that the customer wants the appointment.
  6. In the Select Appointment drop-down menu, select the time slot that the customer wants for the appointment.
  7. Click Save. The rescheduled appointment is saved to the order.
