Configure resource permissions

In the Applications Manager, you can configure the resource permissions for user groups. Resource permissions determine whether a user is allowed to do a task or not. By default, the resource permissions are configured for Customer Service Representative (CSR) and CSR Lead groups.

You can enable or disable the resource permissions as per your implementation. For more information about administering user group permissions, see About organization modeling.
