Installing workflow automations and automation services

In IBM Business Automation Studio, you can install a workflow automation or a workflow automation service to a production server so you can run it.

Before you begin

To install snapshots onto workflow runtimes, ensure that you meet the needed requirements. For more information, see Snapshot deployment requirements.

About this task

To install a workflow automation or automation service, you install the version of the workflow automation that contains it.

You can also call REST APIs to export versions of workflow projects and then install them to a workflow server. For more information, see Installing workflow projects to an offline server by calling REST APIs.

For more information about installing versions (snapshots) to the workflow runtime, see Installing snapshots.

Procedure
