Setting up IBM Automation Workstream Services

You can access the Workstream Services capability from within the IBM Workplace app.

To enable access to the Workplace app, an administrator must add the app to IBM Business Automation Navigator, where it can be used.

Also part of the initial setup, the administrator must assign administrator and supervisor roles to other people in your organization. Once signed in to the system, the supervisors will in turn use their privileges to build the hierarchy of users who will use workstreams and collaborate to automate work in Workstream Services.
