Creating a basic HATS project

Your company has character-based 3270 or 5250 applications (host applications) and has decided to provide an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) for those applications. This involves creating new applications that exchange data with the host and can be accessed by users through either a Web browser or a rich client platform application.
