Scheduling Entity Resolution job runs

The Entity Resolution feature leverages the WebSphere® Modern Batch feature to set up batch processing to compile data in the CFFACT.RESOLVED_ENTITIES table. You can schedule the CF_Batch_Entity_Resolution_Job Entity Resolution job to run routinely to search new party data for matches.

About this task

The Entity Resolution batch job compares the start time of the last successfully completed Entity Resolution job to the time stamp of the first party (sorted ascending by time stamp) in the party table. If the party was added after the last time that the batch job was run, then the new job starts processing the new records. When a match is found, the CFFACT.RESOLVED_ENTITIES table is updated.
Important: The Entity Resolution batch job is a long running, memory intensive process. For best results, schedule this job to run when no users are logged in to the Counter Fraud system.
