Reporting Manager
The Reporting Manager role runs assessment reports, analyzes metrics, and reports data to the Senior VP and high-level management. This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive assessment and overall evaluation of reporting deliverables.
A visual communications expert, the Reporting Manager use dashboards to produce reports that summarize the number and types of cases that have been processed and their results. This role uses dashboards to track progress toward goals and monitors trends. Reporting makes it possible to discover unusual transactions and events, which may require appropriate action.
- Assessment Activity Dashboard
Presents the business exposure of fraud events in the enterprise and the effectiveness and use of deployed resources in addressing fraud exposure. This dashboard presents a view of the number and value of transactions scrutinized for fraud and detected by the ICFM platform. This report depicts a bar chart the number/value of assessments and detections by assessment types.
- Assessment Results Dashboard
Presents a view of business events assessed and a view of the type of assessments conducted by the ICFM platform. This report contains bar charts showing assessment results by object type and assessment type.
- Assessment Trends Dashboard
Presents a view of the number and value of transactions scrutinized by ICFM over a given period of time. This report includes line graphics showing assessment value trend and assessment volume trend, by object type, and by result.
- 12 Month Assessment Summary
Supports license monitoring. Provides a view of the assessments, which occurred in the IBM® Counter Fraud Management solution for a rolling 12 month period. In addition to the report view, provides the ability to export the detailed transaction history in CSV format.
- Assessments by Object Type
Provides a more flexible analytic view of the 12 Month Assessment Summary report, which allows the user to select custom time periods and Counter Fraud object types and subtypes.
