In the spam checker, what does TVD_APPROVED mean?
TVD_APPROVED means that the body of the email contains a phrase similar to "You're approved." This result means that the text was identified as spam, and you need to remove it to improve your spam score.
Health check or Spam checker show "This Ad and Variants"
In the health check or in spam checker, the following message might appear: "This Ad and Variants" or "Body: Claims you wanted this ad".
Which keywords or characters can trigger spam filters?
When you create an email, there are certain phrases or characters that should be avoided.
Why is the spam checker in the send email draft unresponsive?
There's no spam score, and it doesn't allow me to send the email.
Will a high spam score due to RDNS NONE affect deliverability?
No, this does not affect deliverability. The RDNS_NONE rule does not apply to Acoustic Campaign, so any score from this rule can be ignored.
