Creating batch jobs implicitly from an input file

The batch processor can process batch jobs directly from an input file in which each line represents a record (one XML request per line).

About this task

To create batch jobs using input files, you do not need to have any associated batch job template.

The related input column defined in the CDMETADATAINFOTP code table for this type of input file is NO_TITLE_LINE.

To create a batch job from an input file:

Procedure

Submit an input file to the batch processor. When you use an input file to submit work to the batch processor, the batch processor implicitly creates a batch job using the PureBatch.xml job template in the $home/templates/jobs folder.
