Projects

The Projects tab is an overview of your projects and processes. Your projects are organized according to the organization that they belong to.

You can use the following options on the header of the Projects tab:

Filter projects by
You can filter the tab by organization, owner, or data source.

Find project
You can search the projects you have access to.

Start from a process app
You can choose a process app to create a process mining project with. For more information, see Process apps.

Create a project
You can create a project. For more information, see Creating a Process Mining project.

Import organization
You can import a downloaded backup of your organization in an .idp format.

Manage services
You can view all services that are created for a process. For more information, see Managing a service.

Manage connections
You can view, edit, and delete already created connections. For more information, see Editing and deleting the connection.

Organization section overview

Each organization gives you an overview of the following features:

Projects
You can view and enter the projects that were created within the chosen organization.

Monitors
You can view monitors that were created for a process within the chosen organization. You can run a Monitor or disable it. For more information, see Action hub.

Object tables
You can view object tables that were created in a project within the chosen organization. Click Manage object tables from the menu on the header to edit your object tables.

Data streams
You can view the integrated data streams that were set up for the chosen organization. For more information, see Data streams.

Schedule sources
You can view the sources from a cloud object storage that were connected with the chosen organization. For more information, see Schedule sources.

Organization section options

You can use the following options on the header of each organization group:

Manage organization
You can search and delete organization members.

Business repository
You can go directly to the BPMN editor of the chosen organization. For more information, see Business repository.

Create a project
You can create a project that will have a preselected organization. For more information, see Creating a Process Mining project.

Manage object tables
You can create a new object table or append to an existing one. For more information, see Object tables.

Table joins
You can select tables and join them. For more information, see Object tables.

Export backup
You can export a backup of your organization to an .idp file. The backup contains project names, project mapping, object tables, and join tables metadata. No source data is contained in this backup, and you need to reupload it manually.
