Release notes - March 2026
Application build: 2.41.39
As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
TAM reports
- The main TAM reports table is now automatically sorted to show you the most recently modified reports first, giving you a quick overview of the latest TAM activity.
- The TAM reports list table may also be sorted alternatively, to better match the desired view of each user, and any custom sorting is maintained throughout the duration of the user's application session.
- Support cases can now be hidden from view in the Case metrics table of a TAM report using the new Exclude case functionality, allowing users to focus on a particular cases subset. Excluded cases are not visible in Published reports.
- You can view and revise the list of excluded cases by switching the Case metrics table's view - from cases to excluded cases - using the newly introduced View excluded cases button in a Draft report.
General updates
- The Users table in the Administration section of the application can now be filtered based on any table-available data point, allowing you to see only the subset of users you are currently interested in viewing and/or modifying.
- The application's AI assistant's responses are now streamlined and quicker.
