As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
TAM reports
- You can now easily create new TAM reports using settings from existing ones with the newly introduced Replicate functionality.
- The TAM reports table now contains a Domain column allowing you to quickly identify the filters applied in each report you have visibility of.
- If a published report contains any user fields left unpopulated - they will be hidden from sight, contributing to a cleaner report look.
General updates
- In the Changes section of the application's Inventory management page, you will now be able to see all property changes an asset has underwent .
- You are now able tosearch within the Change requests list based on keywords from various data points and asset properties.
- The application's chatbot is now augmented with the capability of memory retention, allowing for a smoother user experience and conversation feel.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a brief outline of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.

| Inventory management - General | The values in the Uncovered section of the Hardware coverage widget could contain duplicates. | To be fixed in a future release.
As a temporary workaround, you can export the data and have the duplicated values removed based on the devices' serial number. |
