As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
Inventory management
- The Service analysis tab is now enhanced with an additional sub-tab - Service level diversity.
- Users can now see a visual representation of the variety of service levels for different combinations of machine type + model from their client's inventory.
General updates
- You can now export all assets or a subset of them from a particular change request's affected inventory table in the Change requests page.
- The Case history table in the Case metrics tab of the TAM reports page now has additional data points - Subject and Product.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a brief outline of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.

| Inventory management - General | The values in the Uncovered section of the Hardware coverage widget could contain duplicates. | To be fixed in a future release. As a temporary workaround, you can export the data and have the duplicated values removed based on the devices' serial number. |
| Inventory management - General | The values in the Vendor recommended OS versions column are not searchable while in View services table mode. | To be fixed in a future release. |
