As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
General improvements
- The new design for table columns selection introduced in the last iteration only to the Inventory management pages is now available across the entire application, except for the TAM reports page.
- Submitting a change request of the
Change installation addresstype is now streamlined - all available addresses are pre-populated in the selection dialog, with enabled search. - The individual TAM report page now contains additional elements - KPI cards
- bringing at-a-glance count and support status insight.
Note: KPI cards data in previously created reports could be out of date - create new reports to obtain the most accurate data.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a brief outline of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.
