As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.

Fixed issues and upgrades

Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.

Inventory management's Inventory and Coverage tabs now allow for switching between viewing assets and viewing services.
Additional service-related data points are displayed when opting to view services.
Exporting services is now made easier - using the default Export button after having chosen to view services.
The new services view includes all functionalities of the standard asset details table - filtering, sorting, and searching.

In addition to Coverage and Hardware EoS alerts, Pro users can now subscribe to receiving Open source CVE alert notifications from IBM SI's Notification settings page.
Users can opt in for alerts for over 300 packages and receive e-mail notifications weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Setting up multiple alerts for various packages on different mailing intervals allows for seamless monitoring and keeping up-to-date with the software of interest.
When multiple alerts are set by a user - they can easily search - by name - for a specific one to edit or delete it.

Users can now bulk edit their assets via the asset details tables in the Security analysis and Hardware lifecycle analysis tabs of the Risks and Recommendations page.
Additional data points are now available in the Security analysis and Hardware lifecycle analysis tabs of the Risks and Recommendations page, such as custom properties and user tags.
Contract-specific details are now available for TSA discovered assets, such as installed at and sold to information.

Following is a list of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.
