As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
Case metrics enrichment
- Users can now opt to see either asset-related cases or all available support cases, including those related to assets absent from the current client inventory in IBM SI.
Chatbot upgrade
- The application's virtual assistant now uses generative AI and the product documentation for richer responses user inquiries.
General updates
- Users whose view has been restricted by a client admin can now see the name of the applied asset filter in the application's interface.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a list of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.
