As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.

Fixed issues and upgrades

Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.

Case metrics updates

  • Custom properties are now available as grouping criteria in the Case analysis section of the application (Pro functionality).
  • Users can now select and export a subset of the Case history table data allowing for a download of only those cases that are of interest at the given moment.

Change requests enhancements

  • Users can now submit change requests using any asset summary table in the application's Inventory management tab pages.
  • The status of change requests is now automatically updated throughout the IES processing operation (US assets only).

General updates

  • End-of-Support (EoS) events for Juniper and F5 Networks are now available in IBM Support Insights.
  • Exportable files from IBM SI's main Risks and recommendations page and its tabbed pages are now all in .xlsx format.

Known issues and limitations

Following is a list of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.

Risks & Recommendations - Security & Hardware lifecycle Removing an applied global filter also removes any applied local filters. To be fixed in a future release.
Risks & Recommendations - Hardware lifecycle The chart's months distribution is misaligned visually. To be fixed in a future release.
