Application build: 2.17.18
As IBM Support Insights continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
Change requests enhancements
- Users can now see who their change request is assigned to in the Change requests page.
- The button to discontinue the processing of a change request is now renamed - from Terminate to Cancel request, enabling user experience consistency across the application.
- Change installation address requests now have an upgraded address selection - when requesting a new address, users can utilize the type-to-search functionality, which provides them with a dropdown list of available global addresses to choose from. Disclaimer: The dropdown appears upon the third keyboard stroke and if the desired address is not available, the system will accept the user's input after the Enter button on the keyboard has been pressed.
Case metrics updates
- The available filtering options on the page have been updated to change Average days open to close to Number of days open - users can opt in to view a subset of only cases that are a certain amount of days old, and cases that have been processed in the specified time-frame of that number of days.
- Users can now search and filter within the Case history table using the Origin property of their support cases.
- In the Case analysis tab (a Pro feature), the graphs now display the product families in a descending manner according to the number of associated cases - i.e. the product families with the most cases are displayed at the top of the graphs.
Chatbot development
- The SI chatbot can now provide users with information about their client account's subscription level.
- Additionally, users can also inquire the SI chatbot about their access level to the specific client account.
General upgrades
- The assets tables in the Inventory management's Inventory and Coverage tabs now
contain additional columns - Storage Insights connection and Call Home last
heartbeat - they are searchable and filterable.
Disclaimer: If the Call Home last heartbeat contains
